Laminated full bullnose
The Laminated Full Bullnose is manufactured by cutting a strip of the same type of tile and laminating it the underside of the edge of the tile. The edge is then put through the process where the whole piece is honed and polished as required. This is a labor-intensive process and a longer lead-time is required to manufacture.
Laminated Flat Edge
The Laminated Flat Edge is manufactured by affixing an extra piece of the same type of tile to the underside of the tile edge to give it double thickness. The front face is then given a perfect flat polished finish.
Laminated Half Bullnose
The Laminated Half Bullnose is manufactured by affixing an extra piece of the same type of tile to the underside of the half bullnose tile edge. The front face is then given a perfect flat polished finish.
A laminated bevel gives you an beveled overhang. This takes the sharp edge away and gives a sleek angled look.
A laminated miter gives you an invisible overhang and makes a counter appear as if the slab has the same thickness throughout.
Bird Beak Miter
Birds Beak Miter is generally used in external tile and stone works but this edge can be adapted to any situation.
