Johan Kruger founded Della Terra in 2008 and has over the years established the company as a market leader in the tile-cutting industry Based in Kya Sand, Gauteng, Della Terra’s tile cutting capacity has grown considerably over the years. Now invested in four Italian imported cutting machines, Della Terra can deliver within a short lead-time and has the ability to offer a tile-cutting solution for any large or small project at the same efficiency.

Della Terra is one of the few suppliers in South Africa that can offer an in-house service where any tiles are prepared to match the individual requirements of tiling project. Della Terra has invested in  Italian made tile cutting, profiling and polishing machinery. These state of the art engineered machines are designed to cut and profile tiles into a range of different sizes adding multiple design options to any project. These multi blade tile-cutting machines can cut tiles into multiple pieces simultaneously and can cut tiles up to 3000mm in length, 1200mm in width and 30mm in thickness. To prevent tiles from breaking and chipping, water continuously pumps over the diamond blades to keep them cool as they cut.
